Director of Infrastructure Security and Compliance

QCi is seeking a senior IT security professional to serve as the Director of Infrastructure Security and Compliance. This role will work in close collaboration with the Director of Information Technology. This role is responsible for defining, implementing and overseeing all of QCi’s cybersecurity strategies, policies and risk mitigation processes. The director is responsible for building out a team to manage the daily operation and implementation of IT and cyber security, manage incident responses and ensure all appropriate regulatory compliance, such as, compliance with ISO 27001, SSAE-16, FedRamp, CMMC, SOC-2, GDPR and others.
Defining and Implementing Security Policies: the individual will lead the effort to develop and enforce all IT and cybersecurity policies and data protection strategies
Risk Mitigation and Compliance: the individual will actively audit QCi’s practices to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with appropriate standards
Overseeing Daily Security of IT Operations: the individual will continuously monitor network traffic and actively manage both the hardware and software security IT infrastructure
Incident Response: the individual will take an active leadership role in incident response and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
8+ years of experience in an IT security role
thorough understanding of the complexities of security as it relates to a manufacturing environment
In depth knowledge knowledge of state of the art security frameworks, both cloud and on-prem security systems
Experience with government and defense‑compliant networks—including DoD 8570/8140 roles, CMMC contractor requirements, and cloud environments subject to FedRAMP
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a US security clearance
10+ years of experience in an IT security role
Active security clearance
Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
